There are two sorts of nuisance noise in the loading space of a van:
Vibration in the Chassis
During driving vibrations occur in the chassis. In an empty space such as in a van or in an all terrain vehicle these vibrations are considerably amplified, so they produce annoying noise. This can be avoided by anti-drumming the loading space with anti-drumming material. So, you could cover the (wooden) floor of the loading space Isomat VM floor mat. If there is still a steel floor under the wooden floor, this can then best be anti-drummed with Vibraflex Extreme, just like the wheel-arches. The other plate work of the chassis can be anti-drummed with Vibraflex Normal.
Acoustics
In a van / ATV the acoustic is often poor: this occurs because much sound is bouncing around and around in the empty space. You can reduce this reverberation with absorption materials which you place on the visible side. For a place subject to wear and tear your best choice is Acusticell VSP; this has a protective artificial leather top layer. In other cases Acusticab and Tecnocell are suitable, while Acusticab lasts longer than Tecnocell due to the extra top layer.
For extra sound absorption possible to fill empty spaces with our Akotherm polyester wool
