Merfocell Burl / Wave / Pyramid foam

Merfocell foams are very high quality. This is because of the following:

Merfocell is made based on polyurethane synthetic materials; this is stronger and is more durable than foam from polyester. Mefocell has a self-adhesive layer which sticks exceptionally well on lacquered and non-lacquered surfaces. Merfocell is on average thicker than other burl foams and so has better absorption values.

Application

Merfocell burl- wave and pyramid foam is mainly applied in spaces where a good noise absorption of higher frequencies (above1000 Hz) has to accompany a decorative appearance, for example in printing works, photography studios etc.

Operation

Merfocell burl foam is simple to cut into size and shape with a knife, scissors or band knife, without special tools. It is easy to apply on curved surfaces. Though you have to make dry and dust and oil free all the places which will be covered. After placing the Merfocell press it well to remove any possible air pockets.
